This particular Ottoman section from the range features the original cognac leather upholstery and is a perfect additional piece in a setting, or as a luxurious stand alone ottoman in any space.
In excellent vintage condition, the leather only has very minor imperfections and the seat is firm and comfortable.

ABOUT THE DESIGNER
Piero Lissoni, born on July 23, 1956, in Seregno, Italy, is a distinguished architect, art director, and designer renowned for his contributions to contemporary design. He studied architecture at the Milan Polytechnic University and graduated in 1985. Shortly after, he co-founded Lissoni Associati with Nicoletta Canesi, which quickly became a platform for innovative projects in architecture and interior design. His early career saw him revolutionizing kitchen design at Boffi, where he served as art director starting in 1986.
Over the years, Lissoni expanded his practice to encompass a wide range of design disciplines, including landscape and graphic design. In 2013, he established Lissoni Architettura to manage international architectural projects and later opened Lissoni Inc. in New York in 2015 to cater to the North American market. His firm has since grown to include over 80 professionals and has completed numerous high-profile projects such as the Conservatorium Hotel in Amsterdam and the Shangri-La Shougang Park in Beijing.
Lissoni's design philosophy emphasizes simplicity, functionality, and beauty, with a focus on creating spaces that enhance human experience. His work often features minimalist lines and luxurious finishes, making his creations both timeless and adaptable to various interiors. He collaborates with leading brands like Alessi, Kartell, and Knoll, producing iconic furniture pieces that reflect his signature style.
Throughout his illustrious career, Lissoni has received numerous accolades for his work, including the Compasso d'Oro and the Good Design Award. His influence on the design world is profound, as he continues to innovate while drawing inspiration from everyday life and diverse cultural traditions. Piero Lissoni remains a pivotal figure in modern design, dedicated to crafting environments that resonate with elegance and functionality.
